Srinagar:A rights advocacy group, Jammu and Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society (JKCCS), Wednesday said the former top cop, Ashiq Bukhari, should stand by his allegations against the former chief minister Omar Abdullah so that a crimal case is registered against him.
