Indians treat Kashmiris like sub-humans: Farooq Rehmani #Kashmir
Islamabad, March 29 (KGN): The Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Freedom League (JKPFL), Muhammad Farooq Rehmani, has strongly condemned the indiscriminate firing of Indian police and troops at Choodora in Budgam district of occupied Kashmir to ruthlessly slaughter four youth raising their voices against the state terrorism and forcible occupation of Kashmir by India.
Muhammad Farooq Rehmani in a statement said that Indian troops also destroyed and raised to ground a residential house leaving the helpless family homeless.
He urged the UN Commission on Human Rights to take cognizance of the situation being created by India to prolong its illegal occupation of Jammu and Kashmir. He warned that peace in Kashmir would remain a dream until the UN took its responsibilities in the region under the relevant resolutions of its Security Council that promised a free and fair plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir.
The JKPFL Chairman emphasized that Pakistan as a party and supporter of the right to self-determination of the Kashmiris must begin a diplomatic drive in the UN to bring the situation of the region to the focus for preventing loss of precious human lives in occupied Kashmir.
