Srinagar: Students of Government Degree Collage Kulgam clashed with government forces on Thursday afternoon after the protesting students staged a demonstration against the arrest of students and beating of students across Kashmir valley since last one month.

Local sources told Rising Kashmir that government forces lobbed tear smoke shell and pellets on protesting students in which 15 people were injured during clashes.

 

Reportedly, a local photojournalist was also injured during the clashes.

Kashmir is in grip of student protest after forces entered the college premisis of GDC Pulwama on April 15 in which 60 students were injured.

Since April 15, more than 150 students have been injured across Kashmir in various forces action
