Srinagar: Thousands of people on Friday participated in the last rites of youth Ishfaq Wani killed in a gunfight with the Indian forces in Awantipora area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district. An eye witness said that over ten thousand people participated in the funeral prayers of Ishfaq Wani at his native Koil village of Pulwama.

Indian troops kill one fighter in Pulwama
Srinagar: A militant was killed in a shootout with the army in Rinzipora area of Awantipora in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Friday. According to news agency GNS, the militants, believed to be three in number, attacked a patrolling party of army’s 55 RR near Rinzipora today morning.
