Srinagar, August 12 : In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Freedom League (JKPFL) has strongly condemned the police raids on its central office at Rajbagh in Srinagar.
The JKPFL General Secretary, Muhammad Rafiq Ganai in a statement in Srinagar said the police in civvies raided the party central office twice. “During nocturnal raid, the police searched the whole office and then took the peon along to the police station for questioning,” he said, adding, “The raids and arrests would make no difference to our struggle and we will continue it at all costs till the objective of freedom is achieved.”
Meanwhile, Ganai paid glowing tributes to prominent APHC leader, Sheikh Abdul Aziz on his third martyrdom anniversary observed on August 11. (agencies)
