Islamabad, September 02 (KMS): The Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Freedom League (JKPFL), Muhammad Farooq Rehmani has condemned the Indian police raid on the house of the party’s General Secretary, Rafiq Ahmad Ganai in the Islamabad town of occupied Kashmir.
Muhammad Farooq Rehmani in a statement deplore that the Indian troopers and police personnel even continued their brutalities on the innocent people of Kashmir in the holy month of Ramaza and on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
He said that Rafiq Ahmad Ganai had recently been released from illegal detention and now the Indian police were harassing him and his family by raiding his house. He said that the people of Kashmir had rendered unprecedented sacrifices for a great cause and the Indian government and its puppet administration in the occupied territory could not suppress the Kashmiris’ just struggle for securing right to self-determination.
Muhammad Farooq Rehmani said that the recent disclosure of the unmarked mass graves in occupied Kashmir had exposed the real face of the so-called democracy of India. He said it is the responsibility of Human Rights Council of the Untied Nations and the international community to impartially probe the unmarked mass graves.
