Srinagar: Protests were held at Sub District Hospital Tral by hundreds of people alleging forces fired pellets on people soon after the grenade attack by militants.
Local sources said that protesting people alleged that forces fired pellets resulting in injuries to many.
Meanwhile, hospital sources in Tral also reportedly confirmed pellet injuries to many.
Pertinently, three civilians were killed and dozens sustained injuries after militants attacked the cavalcade of R&B minister, Naeem Akhtar in south Kashmir’s Tral.
Meanwhile, the General Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Freedom League (JKPFL), a constituent of Hurriyat Conference (G), Muhammad Ramzan Khan has been arrested by Indian police in an overnight raid on the Party office in Rajbagh Srinagar.
Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Freedom League has been strongly condemned the illegal arrest of its leader Ramzan Khan and demanded his immediate release. The party expressed his deep concern and is worried over his whereabouts, because it is not yet known where J&K police had been kept Ramzan Khan.
