Srinagar, August 14: At many places Kashmiri youth defying restrictions imposed by the Indian forces and celebrated Pakistan’s Independence Day with zeal.
A video went viral on social networking sites shows dozens of veiled youth standing in queues and offering salute to Pakistani flag on the tune of the country’s national anthem.
In another video posted on youtube shows a group of teenage boys from Pulwama holding parade in a vast ground and saluting Pakistani flag. A crowd witnessing the march is also seen in the video.
In one picture, a group of youth carrying Pakistani flag are crossing river Jhelum. In another picture, a youth is seen saluting Pakistani flag carried by another youth in Nowhatta area of Srinagar.
Students of Bijbehara Degree College carrying Pakistani flags shouted pro-Pakistan slogans while marching through the streets of Zirpora, the hometown of former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti.
